COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious Insurance Agents who want to own their business and help clients prepare for life’s moments with appropriate insurance products.

As independent contractors, agents operate in their own businesses while receiving support, training, and access to a broad portfolio of property/casualty, life, and health offerings. The role blends entrepreneurship with client education and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Diversify income through a portfolio of insurance products (property/casualty, life, health).
• Educate clients on COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Educate prospects and grow business with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients.
