Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking motivated Insurance Agents for a full-time role in Albuquerque, NM. The position offers independence, strong training, and a path to build your own client base while providing essential protection and planning for clients.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses as required by state law.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop relationships through networking and community involvement.
• Comfortable with technology and CRM tools.
• SIE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain required licenses for your state.
• Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives.
• Generate new business leads through telephone outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Present insurance proposals and close sales transactions with clients.
• Maintain records using Farm Bureau’s CRM and reporting tools.
