This role offers a flexible, contractor-based schedule and the chance to join a nationwide network of therapists. Compensation ranges from $135 to $200 per assessment, with rates varying by location and assessment type.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (may be purchased at offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with online portals, documents, and mobile devices.
