Job summary

The Periscope Group is hiring Independent Physical or Occupational Therapists to perform one-time in-home assessments nationwide, including Utah. You set your own schedule within assessment timeframes and work as an independent contractor.

Compensation ranges from $135 to $200 per assessment, with pay varying by location and assessment type. Eligible for continuing education benefits and mentoring through our training program, plus access to a nationwide consultant network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology and online portals for documentation.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time in-home comprehensive medical need assessments.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, services, and care.
• Complete documentation through secure online portal from any device.
