Job summary

The Comforted Kitty is seeking a part-time cat sitter in the Clearwater, FL area. This independent contractor role lets you set your availability and service area while providing in-home cat care for clients away from home.

Responsibilities include cat feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime and companionship, sending updates via the app, following care instructions, and occasionally medication administration when appropriate. Weekend and holiday availability is especially valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for cats in a pet sitting capacity.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written communication and smartphone use.

Responsibilities

• Feed cats and refresh water.
• Clean litter boxes.
• Provide playtime, affection, or companionship based on each cat's personality.
• Send visit updates and photos through our app.
• Follow each client's detailed care instructions.
• Bring in mail or packages.
• Adjust lights, blinds, or trash/recycling when requested.
• Administer medication when within your experience and comfort level.
