Job summary

International SOS Government Medical Services in Ohio seeks a licensed behavioral health provider to support treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term outcomes for adults in a state correctional health setting. You will work within your scope of practice and collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate patient care.

The role focuses on developing individualized plans, conducting assessments, crisis intervention, and coordinating referrals while documenting outcomes for program improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current active Ohio Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) license required and maintained per state CE requirements.
• Ability to work with patients with behavioral or psychiatric conditions and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 60+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and update individualized behavioral health treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, admissions coordination, and crisis intervention within scope.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners for continuity of care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, modify interventions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and program-improvement activities.
