Job summary

International SOS Government Medical Services seeks a Behavioral Health Provider to support adult patients in a state correctional healthcare setting. You will work collaboratively to coordinate long-term treatment outcomes within your scope of practice and engage with treatment teams, departments, and community partners.

The role operates Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with weekend rotation as needed. You will develop individualized plans, conduct assessments, and participate in program

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current Ohio RN license with CNS and a Mental Health/Psychiatry specialty.
• Ability to meet role-related physical requirements, including lifting up to 60+ lbs.
• Licensure pathways: LICDC, LISW, LPCC, IMFT, NP may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and update individualized behavioral health treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, admissions coordination, and crisis intervention within scope of practice.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, internal departments, community agencies, and external partners to support continuity of care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, modify interventions, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and training, supporting lower-level providers when appropriate.
