Job summary

Dane Street is expanding our physician panel and seeks Washington-licensed otolaryngologists to support L&I Independent Medical Exams. These positions are on a contract basis (1099) across multiple clinics including Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, and Vancouver.

You will review records, perform exams, and write reports addressing clinical questions with timely delivery. Enjoy flexible scheduling, no patient relationship, and a streamlined work portal with added addenda as needed.

Qualifications

• Washington-licensed physician advisor with active practice.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology required.
• Independent contractor (1099) – per-case compensation.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform IMEs for Washington L&I questions.
• Conduct physical examinations and document findings.
• Prepare reports addressing each clinical question per AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition.
• Manage case timing to return reports by due date and communicate with clients as needed.
• Provide addenda or clarifications as required with additional compensation.
