Job summary

StatPoint in Maryland is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver specialized infusion therapies in patients' homes and other care settings. You will work autonomously in the field while collaborating with in-office teams to coordinate care and ensure safe, effective treatments.

The role requires RN licensure, IV therapy experience (home infusion preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to multiple care sites.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• At least two years of RN experience with intravenous therapy, or at least one year in home infusion.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits with patients, families, and administrative team.
• Travel to patient homes and other care settings to provide skilled infusion nursing services.
• Establish positive relationships with patients and families while representing StatPoint professionally.
• Assess patients and their environments to ensure safe and appropriate care.
• Administer prescribed medications and blood products per physician orders and company protocols.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly using company-approved systems.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and home infusion standards of practice.
