MSA Home Health, part of Medical Services of America, Inc., is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, patient-centered care in the Sumter and Camden, SC area.

As a Home Health RN, you will perform initial assessments, develop individualized care plans with physicians, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate care while participating in on-call rotations. Active SC RN license and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience required.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active SC Registered Nurse license.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
• Strong sense of independence and patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to home health patients.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Deliver education and support to patients and families to empower them in managing care at home.
• Ensure all care provided aligns with agency policies, clinical guidelines, and physician orders.
• Participate in rotating on‑call responsibilities to ensure continuity of care.
