Medical Services of America is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Newberry, SC, serving Newberry County communities. You’ll provide skilled, patient-centered care in patients' homes under the Director of Professional Services, focusing on independence and safer recovery.

Requirements include accredited nursing program completion, SC RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; Home Health preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to home health patients.
• Perform initial assessments and develop care plans with physicians.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Deliver education and support to patients and families for home care.
• Ensure care aligns with agency policies and physician orders.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties to ensure continuity of care.
