Job summary

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with adults/geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation.
