Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking individuals to perform plan-o-gram based resets in Kroger stores. You will read and implement plan layouts, collect new item tags, and prepare sections so customers can shop other aisles efficiently.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable using a smartphone app for location and reporting. Strong English communication and safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access is required.
• May require installation and use of an app on your smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and collect related tags.
• Prepare work area to complete section resets in grocery store environments.
• Re-position shelving and place products per updated schematics.
• Clean up work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism with customers.
• Comply with company guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
