Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field.
• Current nationally recognized strength/conditioning credential (e.g., CSCS).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, program, coach, and document training.
• Experience working independently with private-pay clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain your own client base.
• Schedule and manage coaching blocks and bookings.
• Collaborate with golf, PT, and sports-science professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain client records, progress documents, and service offerings.
