Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in coaching or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory interviews to understand clients’ history and goals.
• Develop personalized development programs based on client assessments.
• Collaborate with other coaches to maximize client progress.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience exceeding client expectations.
• Report weekly performance updates to the Head Coach.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Education
