Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner to work with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home. You earn a typical $40,000–$60,000 annually with no earning cap by closing pre-set appointments, backed by lead generation and strategic marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
