Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner for Edwards Funeral Home. You will work with a dedicated team providing qualified leads, coordinating appointments, and utilizing strategic marketing resources to grow your practice.

Earn $40,000–$60,000+ annually with no earning cap; current life insurance license required or obtainable. You’ll benefit from regional and nationwide incentive programs and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills, and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments and earn competitive compensation.
• Represent premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings with clients (~90 minutes).
• Utilize lead generation and marketing resources provided at no cost.
• Help clients plan final wishes and provide peace of mind for loved ones.
