Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Install Technician to perform independent installation of fire alarm systems at Belton, TX sites. You will read blueprints, test systems, and troubleshoot while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role involves coordinating with project teams, documenting work, and training junior technicians. On-site, full-time position with travel to various job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry.
• NICET Level I or above preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently install fire alarm systems per plans, specifications and codes.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Perform system testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and project stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Train and support entry-level technicians as needed.
• Travel to job sites as required.
