Allstate Corporation is seeking a Personal Financial Representative to grow and manage a personal financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You will partner with agency owners to access leads and expand your client base, while leveraging Allstate resources for growth.

The role emphasizes face-to-face client engagement, licensing requirements, and a blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (if applicable) licenses.
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face and build deep relationships.
• Work with Allstate agency owners to generate new business and leads.
• Operate as an independent contractor within the Allstate framework.
