Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Personal Financial Representative to grow your own financial services practice under the Allstate brand. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with Allstate Agency owners to expand your reach and access new leads while serving clients in your community.

As an independent contractor, you’ll build relationships with customers face-to-face, supported by Allstate resources and education. Requirements include life insurance or financial services sales experience, state licenses,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice with support from Allstate.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and develop deep client relationships.
• Share space with an Allstate agency owner and obtain leads.
