Job summary

Allstate Corporation seeks a Personal Financial Representative to build a personal financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You will partner with agency owners to grow new business in your community, meeting clients face-to-face and expanding revenue streams.

You will work with licensed professionals and receive ongoing education with access to a broad product suite, enjoying flexible hybrid/remote arrangements and uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Professional designations (RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, LUTCF) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your community.
• Meet with customers face-to-face with a team of licensed professionals.
