Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Financial Advisor to develop and grow a personal practice with support from a large network of branch associates and regional advisors. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and implement comprehensive financial strategies to help clients reach long-term goals.

You will operate in a collaborative, compliant, and performance-driven environment with ongoing training and a strong network backing your efforts.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services working with clients and knowledge of investment products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and develop personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create a trust-based environment in the branch with accountability.
