Job summary

National Water Services in Raleigh, NC seeks a Field Technician to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of dispensing cabinets and to maintain positive customer relationships. You will clean, record data, and report issues during weekly service visits.

The role pays $25 per service, with no benefits as a 1099 contractor. Training is provided, and background checks apply; applicants must be 18+ and have own transportation.

Qualifications

• Professionalism with strong time management.
• Own smartphone and ability to report via email.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs or ladders if needed.
• Communicate effectively in English through email and phone interactions.
• Provide own transportation for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dispensing cabinet sinks and surfaces, sterilize nozzles and handles, and perform water taste tests.
• Accurately record meter readings and pressure gauge data during service visits and email data within 24 hours.
• Immediately report maintenance or technical issues observed during service visits.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and store management, addressing concerns professionally.
• Periodically replenish brochures, replace equipment signage, and inventory supplies.
• Capture photographs of equipment for documentation purposes.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks to support operations and customer satisfaction.
