Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Research Associate to support flexible, independent work collecting items at grocery stores. You will start by receiving detailed training and setting up your schedule.

The role emphasizes earning potential through a productivity-based model, with a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas where applicable. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments at stores and complete tasks within the client’s window.
• Operate as a delivery/driver associate with flexibility on hours and earnings.
• Maintain reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to project criteria.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
