RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for flexible, schedule-friendly work in Michigan. This part-time role requires no prior experience and offers a comprehensive training program.

You will receive paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development while supporting assigned projects in grocery store environments. You must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and be able to stand,

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
