Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative for College Students who can work flexible hours around store hours. No experience needed; training is provided. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time and meet project criteria.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures around grocery store refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned field projects at grocery stores within scheduled windows.
• Accurately complete tasks and meet project criteria.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisors and coordinate travel within coverage area.
