Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Clinton, NC, to service TARGAN WingScan and Vaccine Delivery System at customer sites in Kinston and Lumberton. The role requires independent diagnostic and repair work, preventive maintenance, and strong willingness to travel as needed.

You will complete SROs, document actions, and coordinate with remote support while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction in poultry hatchery environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Systems, or Electrical Controls preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on TARGAN WingScan and Vaccine Delivery System.
• Follow standardized troubleshooting processes and procedures.
• Support installation and integration of equipment at customer sites.
• Complete Service Request Orders (SROs) accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service inventory.
• Work with Field Operations management and remote support to resolve complex issues.
