Job summary

NCBioImpact is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on TARGAN systems at customer sites in Kinston and Lumberton, NC. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include documentation, communication with customers, and collaboration with remote support. Requires an Associate degree and 5 years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; minimum 5 years in maintaining automated industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on TARGAN WingScan and Vaccine Delivery System at customer sites.
• Independently resolve service issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow standardized troubleshooting processes and procedures.
• Support installation and integration of equipment at customer sites.
