Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced technology to document findings.

As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy scheduling flexibility with a reliable vehicle and a 32' ladder, and you must obtain any required certifications to remain in our contractor pool.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role; self-driven and reliable.
• Ability to safely inspect steep/high roofs.
• Proficient with MS Office and communication tools.
• HAAG certification is a plus; willingness to obtain required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs and evaluate exterior damage.
• Assess interior damage and perform underwriting property inspections.
• Utilize lidar and mobile tech to document findings.
• Work safely in varied weather conditions.
