Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join our network of independent contractors. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced technology.

This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and empathy when dealing with insureds. Independent contractor position with emphasis on reliable vehicle, LiDAR capability, and willingness to obtain necessary credentials to join our contractor

Qualifications

• Must own a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32’ ladder.
• Must have a LiDAR-equipped device or ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro / iPhone 12 Pro).
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams).
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Willing to obtain required certifications to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage; perform underwriting property inspections.
