Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Wilkes County, North Carolina and surrounding communities. You will verify property occupancy with exterior visits, reporting on general conditions, and you control your own routing and schedule.

This 1099 position pays per inspection, with an earning potential around $25-$35 per hour equivalent depending on volume and county. Expect 5-6 minutes on-site plus driving and a flexible workload.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage your own routing, schedule, and territory.
• Pass a standard background check.
