Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Swain County, North Carolina and surrounding communities. You will conduct brief exterior occupancy verifications and report on property status with minimal on-site time.

As an independent contractor, you manage your own routing and schedule, work on a per-inspection basis, and typically spend 5–6 minutes on-site with each inspection.
