As a Field Inspector, you will manage your own routing, report on general conditions, and complete brief exterior visits. This 1099 role requires driving within a dense metro area and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) for mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet access and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
