Job summary

Sedgwick seeks an independent contractor for the 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant – TX Waco. You will conduct on-site inspections for commercial risks, focusing on property and general liability coverage, including retail stores, offices, churches, restaurants, and multi-family properties.

Prepare clear, concise reports with diagrams, photos, observations, and recommendations. Pay is weekly; inspectors are paid per completed report based on client specifications, with typical assignments

Qualifications

• Must have experience with construction classifications (ISO Classes 1-6).
• Knowledge of general liability coverage and commercial properties.
• Experience inspecting a variety of commercial risks and writing concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for commercial risks.
• Prepare clear, concise reports with exterior measurements, diagrams, photos, observations and recommendations.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards in reports.
