Job summary

Sedgwick seeks independent contractor Field Consultants for 1099 Commercial Risk assignments in TX Lubbock. You will perform on-site inspections of commercial risks focusing on property and general liability, with a 60-mile focus radius.

You will generate clear, comprehensive reports including measurements, photos, observations, and recommendations, summarizing conditions and hazards for clients. Payments are weekly per completed report.

Qualifications

• ISO Classifications (1–6) experience
• On-site inspection execution
• Clear, concise reporting

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial risks
• Prepare reports with exterior measurements and diagrams, photographs, observations and recommendations
• Summarize current conditions and visible hazards
