Qualifications

• Experience with construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6).
• Experience with general liability inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections.
• Prepare clear reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations, recommendations, and hazards.
• Report on current conditions and visible hazards.
