Safilo USA is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to identify and close new opportunities, cultivate relationships, and grow and service existing accounts in the Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee areas.

The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, memorable, and possess strong computer proficiency, problem solving, and consultative selling skills. Commission-based pay is based on net sales, with unlimited income potential for top producers.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and secure orders for Safilo USA products in the assigned area.
• Grow market demand by expanding and managing customer accounts.
• Provide product knowledge, merchandising guidance, and program insights to customers.
• Meet volume and net-sales objectives across the Safilo portfolio.
• Advance growth using the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with key customers.
• Maintain an effective call cycle to sustain service frequency and sales targets.
• Ensure brand standards and POP materials are effectively used in-store.
• Train customer staff on products to reinforce brand messaging.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and the local sales team to gain new accounts.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and detail-oriented execution.
