Green Water & Power, LLC in the United States is seeking a motivated 1099 Independent Sales Consultant to grow EV charging projects. You will build your own pipeline, manage client relationships, and close deals with uncapped commission potential.

As a remote, territory-based role, you’ll target commercial real estate, multi-family, retail, and municipal sectors. You’ll educate clients on rebates and incentives while balancing independence with access to sales resources and product training.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in B2B or technical sales.
• Experience selling to property owners, developers, or facility leaders is a plus.
• Knowledge of EV charging or electrical infrastructure is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Existing industry contacts are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and generate leads in CRE, multifamily, retail, hospitality, workplace, fleet, and municipal sectors.
• Present and sell EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, installation services, and maintenance programs.
• Educate prospects on rebates, incentives, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Secure electric bill, single line drawings and contract from clients.
• Manage own leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
