Job summary

Pomelo is building a national network of birth and full‑spectrum doulas. This is a 1099 independent contractor role; you will educate families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, support outcomes, and maintain accurate visit documentation.

Pomelo provides client matching, billing, and administrative support to help you focus on care. To join, you must be certified as a birth and/or full‑spectrum doula, have telehealth and in‑person availability, and serve Clark, Nevada.

Qualifications

• Certified birth and/or full‑spectrum doula with training and certification.
• Experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Strong verbal and written communication, capable of connecting with diverse families virtually and in-person.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
• Available for virtual and in‑person work, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Help improve birth outcomes by providing supported care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow privacy, quality, and compliance standards for services conducted through Pomelo.
