Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Own a laptop or tablet and reliable internet access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow a support plan.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and communities as scheduled.
• Coordinate visits based on individual needs and availability.
• Provide tasks related to activities of daily living and household care.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, transportation as needed.
