Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Care Workers to contract with us, delivering in-home support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

You will visit clients in their homes, coordinate schedules, and follow a tailored support plan with Mosaic training.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and own a laptop or tablet; compensation starts at $17.80 per hour and varies by funding level.

Qualifications

• Direct Care Worker must be patient, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills.
• Must work independently and follow a support plan to ensure consistent, appropriate care.
• Applicants must be 18+ years old, have a valid driver’s license, and own a laptop or tablet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit individuals in their homes and communities to provide supported care.
• Coordinate visits based on client needs and availability.
• Participate in scheduling with Mosaic training and support.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal planning, and transportation as needed.
• Support community integration and social skills through group or 1:1 activities.
