GI Alliance in Richmond, VA seeks a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team, delivering high-quality care in collaboration with physicians and ASC staff.

You will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airways, monitor during recovery, and collaborate with the care team. This role offers strong autonomy with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Large Advanced Private Practice group looking for a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team, providing superior care, working collaboratively with CRNA's, Physicians, and ASC staff.

Position Highlights

• Highly competitive compensation $270K
• Sign on bonus of $20K
• Quarterly performance incentives up to $40K
• Retention Bonuses for year 1,2, and 3
• PRN incentives
• No call - No nights - No weekends - No holidays
• Flexible scheduling- Approximately four weekday shifts per week
• predictable outpatient GI anesthesia schedule
• Established physician-led practice with dedicated local chief CRNA leadership
• Opportunity to join the team ahead of our new six-room Moorefield Endoscopy Center opening in 2027
