Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) as an independent contractor to deliver safe anesthesia care across Maryland hospital and ASC sites.

The CRNA collaborates with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff, while maintaining high patient safety, efficiency, and professional standards. Responsibilities include preoperative assessments, anesthesia administration, intraoperative monitoring, airway management, and postoperative recovery with pain

Qualifications

• Active CRNA certification and state licensure.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications current.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preoperative anesthesia assessments and create care plans.
• Administer general, regional, MAC, spinal, epidural, and local anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage airway as needed.
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery monitoring.
• Document accurate anesthesia records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and staff across sites.
