Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care as an independent contractor across Maryland hospital and ASC settings.

The CRNA will collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff, performing preoperative assessments, administering multiple anesthesia modalities, and ensuring patient safety from induction through recovery.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA certification and state licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple Maryland facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preoperative anesthesia assessments and develop care plans with supervising clinicians.
• Administer all forms of anesthesia (general, regional, MAC, spinal, epidural, and local).
• Monitor patient status continuously and manage airway during procedures.
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery monitoring until stable.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and staff across facilities.
