Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking qualified behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Garden City and surrounding areas in Texas. This contract-based role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support local communities and businesses.

Ideal candidates are independently licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) with a master’s degree in mental health and coverage for malpractice. Training via R3C is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following a disruptive workplace event.
• Operate as an independent consultant within the R3C network and ensure timely reporting.
