Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking an independent Behavioral Health professional to provide on-site crisis support in Escanaba, MI and surrounding areas. You will work as a contractor to assist organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Requirements include a Michigan license (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/psychologist), a master's degree in mental health, and professional liability coverage. Training in crisis response is provided or required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW or Psychologist) with active license.
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health field.
• Malpractice and professional liability coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive events.
• Collaborate with local teams to assess risk and coordinate response.
