Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse behavioral health professionals to expand our network in St. Ignace and Upper Peninsula Michigan. You would provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following disruptive workplace events.

Applicants must be independently licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW-Clinical or Macro, or Psychologist) with at least a master’s degree in mental health and liability insurance coverage. Training for CIR is required or provided at no cost by R3.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW‑Clinical or Macro, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events.
• Engage with clients compassionately to assess needs and deliver interventions.
• Coordinate reporting and follow-up through R3C’s mobile app or approved channels.
