R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Anchorage, Alaska. You will provide essential on-site crisis support to organizations affected by disruptive events.

This role offers a flexible schedule on a case-by-case basis and provides the opportunity for supplemental income. Candidates must be independently licensed in Alaska and have a master’s degree in mental health.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Alaska (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees.
• Support local businesses after disruptive workplace events.
