Embark Hurricane is seeking an independent cook to prepare meals for adolescents in a residential program. You will ensure breakfast, lunch, and dinner meet dietary guidelines while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with evenings and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates have at least two years of cooking experience and a food handler’s permit.

Responsibilities

• Uphold kitchen safety and sanitation through routine cleaning, equipment checks, and compliance with health standards.
• Complete next‑day meal prep to ensure ingredients, portions, and components are ready for the following day’s menu.
• Maintain snack availability by preparing mid‑meal options and keeping all snacks stocked and accessible.
