Pivotor AI is seeking an independent contractor RN to provide nursing consultation services for a licensed 6-bed ICF in San Rafael, CA. The role involves clinical assessments, medication reviews, and collaboration with DSPs and management.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ health, completing monthly and quarterly nursing reports, and offering medical or telephone consultations for urgent questions.

• Active California RN license in good standing.

• Complete routine health assessments and vital signs.
• Review medications and MARs.
• Monitor residents' health status and identify follow-up needs.
• Consult with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and management.
• Complete required monthly and quarterly nursing reports.
• Provide medical consultation and telephone consultation for urgent medical/medication questions as needed.
• Train newly hired staff on medication administration and evaluate medication competency.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable ICF regulations and standards.
